Attorney General's Statement
US Attorney General, Pam Bondi, announced the prosecutor's departure on Monday. She commented that the appeals court finding made it unworkable for the official to perform her duties.
"But do not mistake adherence to the ruling as defeat," Habba stated. "My fight will now extend throughout the nation."
