LA Explodes in Celebration as Dodgers Claim Back-to-Back World Series Victory
Los Angeles experienced widespread celebrations after the Dodgers clinched a nail-biting seven-game World Series championship. Fans worldwide joined local residents in jubilation, marking the first time in a quarter-century that a franchise has achieved back-to-back championships.
Celebration Parade Attracts Massive Turnout
Los Angeles area events included a downtown parade on Monday morning, a reserved-seating event at the team's home stadium, and spontaneous parties across the city.
Online footage show thousands of Angelenos packing downtown streets, many displaying handmade banners and team flags. The team was seen riding high on a double-decker bus through the masses, raising the championship trophy high.
